Order
Policy
Your order will be filled and shipped within three
days. Although we do our best to keep items in stock, if an item
is out of stock and will delay shipping more than three days, we
will contact you with back-ordering options, including partial shipment
of the remainder of items. Back-ordered items shipped at a later
date may incur an additional shipping charge.

Shipping
Policy
The St. Louis Dart Shop proudly ships via UPS. Orders
can not be shipped via UPS to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please
provide a complete street or business address for proper shipping
of orders. Orders are generally shipped out on the next business
day. Customers will be contacted should there be any delays in their
order.
International shipping costs vary greatly, therefore it is not policy
to ship orders outside the USA. Should your order be approved for
international shipping, costs are not automatically added to your
orders on our web site. When your order is filled and weighed, a
shipping method determined, we will notify you of the additonal
shipping costs.
Shipping
charges are based on the sub-total sale price of the order. Due
to the various product weights and sale prices certain products
include an additional shipping charge. For example, a dart cabinet
costs more to ship than a similar priced set of darts. The standard
shipping costs are based on the cost to ship the lower weight item,
therefore the additional shipping charges are the increased costs
to ship the heavier item.

Customer satisifaction is our primary goal. If a
product is defective, please notify us of the defect within one
week of receipt of your order and a solution will be determined
at that time. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURERS
WARRANTIES ONLY. You may call or email us about any
problem with any product purchased from the St. Louis Dart Shop
and we will make every effort to resolve the situatio promptly and
professionally.
